Designer having worked with metal during her studies in Paris and then in the Netherlands, she recently turned to soft materials. At first lacking in technique on these new materials, Wendy quickly got around this lack of know-how. It was a challenge and an enriching experience for her to combine rope and fabric scraps that she recovers from factories.
In 2016, she managed to combine rope with silicone making it waterproof, which she called "Regen" or rain in Dutch. This discovery was a success in the world of furniture and fashion. During the confinement, she favors the slow work by hand and seeks to explore new materials and techniques.
