Also known as Chateau "B", is an artist who grew up in an environment steeped in art. Visual arts, photography, sculpture, crafts and architecture have always been a part of his life.
He is open to different styles and artists, but is mainly inspired by abstract and figurative expressionists, especially suggestion. He finds inspiration in urban street art, which allows him to communicate ideas through his art.
Benoît Chateau's approach to his work is thoughtful, but also intuitive and instinctive. He's constantly on the lookout for creative and accessible ideas. He pays close attention to his surroundings and the way things are perceived.
